The actuator (1) has a pivoting blocking element (4) that is pre-tensioned into an initial position. The blocking element has a tappet (8) that engages with power transmission element (9). The blocking element driven by its pretensioning, engages a counter stop (11) onto a stop (10) of the actuating element in a catch position, when the tappet is released and before blocking the actuating element.
