PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the change in binding strength to a temp. change and to reduce the influence exerted on the accuracy of a photoreceptor by fixing the photoreceptor and flanges by means of coupling members fixed to the photoreceptor and the flanges. SOLUTION: A resin flange member has a gear W1g part for driving the electrophotographic photoreceptor on one side and has six pieces of cylindrical bosses W1c and W1d disposed by dividing the circumferential direction to six parts at the cylindrical end face on the side opposite to this gear W1g part. The bosses W1d and the bosses W1c are alternately arranged. In such a case the bosses W1c, W1d of the resin flange member are pressure fitted into the holes of an aluminum ring W1B which is the coupling means and further the boss W1c parts which are not split are welded by thermal caulking. The split bosses W1d are held in a press fitting state, by which the flange W1 is formed. Next, an aluminum alloy is subjected to extrusion working to a cylindrical shape by a port hole extrusion method and is further drawn, by which the substrate for the photoreceptor W2 is obtd. |
