Moreover, the reader (11) has a magnetic ring (115) for fixing the clerk key (10) by magnetic attraction. The transponder (101) and the antenna (111) are arranged on the center axis L of the magnetic ring (102) and the magnetic ring (115) so that communication is enabled when the clerk key (10) and the reader (11) are fixed by magnetic attraction.
