Primarily 1/3 part of each pulp receipt amount is charged into mixer, mixed and receipt amounts of curd and sugar are charged into mixer. Mixture in agitated up to full sugar dissolution, and remained pulp parts are added. Mixture is further agitated to produce homogenous mass, followed by heating, homogenizing, pre-packing, sealing, and sterilization. ^ EFFECT: target product of improved organoleptic characteristics. |
