<p>The ezoniser comprises a) an extenior labular electrode (b) an intermediate tubular dielectric c) an inner tubular electrode all mutually spaced and d) closure caps at each end carrying a piston for sealing the cylindrical innermost zone from the two annular zones, and gas inlet port eccentincally positioned. The piston preferably is carried on a hollow shaft for the circulation of coolant through the innermost zone and a filler is mounted within the end cap to centre the dielectric tube.</p> |
