FIELD: drilling, particularly boring tools used for prospecting mineral and water deposits. ^ SUBSTANCE: reamer comprises steel body having billets arranged along steel body perimeter. The billets are provided with diamonds and are of spiral shapes. The billets are made of sintered mixture including crushed natural and artificial diamonds and tungsten carbide. Tungsten carbide particle dimensions are 0.08-0.004 mm. Dimensions of natural and artificial diamonds located in lower and central billet parts are -0.8+0.63 and -0.63+0.5 correspondingly. Dimensions of natural and artificial diamonds located in upper billed part are +1.6+1.25 mm correspondingly. Natural/artificial diamond ratio is 60(50)-40(50) correspondingly. ^ EFFECT: possibility to use cheaper diamonds, for instance cutout ones, due to increased concentration of abrasives in billets and increased reamer service life. ^ 1 dwg |
