FIELD: veterinary medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves vaccinating chickens with vaccine comprising virus-containing material produced from small-plaque CT virus strain of infectious bursal disease occurring in hens. The chickens are vaccinated twice at the age of 14 and 21 days.
