FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt systems for transporting loose materials and containing support guide arrangement. Said arrangement 124 is installed between nondriven support rollers 127 of transport system 100. Arrangement includes support beam 123 orientated parallel to transport belt lower than belt. First support guide assembly unit of arrangement 124 from first side of support beam is orientated at angle to horizontal surface of transport belt to support first side of transport belt at inclination upwards. Rollers 110 of small diameter arranged close to each other are secured on inclined surface of each support guide assembly unit of arrangement, to support inclined side of transport belt and reduce friction between rollers 110 and transport belt. Second inclined support guide assembly unit of arrangement 124 from second side of support beam 123 is inclined upwards to support second inclined side of transport belt. Rollers of small diameter are connected to inclined surface of second support guide assembly unit to tilt second side of transport belt upwards and reduce friction between second inclined support guide assembly unit of arranged 124 and transport belt. ^ EFFECT: prevention of leaks of transported loose material, increased reliability of transport system. ^ 17 cl, 8 dwg |
