FIELD: conductive polymeric composite materials useful in production of conductive coatings, plows, heat reflecting coatings, resistive heaters, etc. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed material contains 15-20 mass % of polyamineimide binder; 15-20 mass % of non-stoichiometric titanium carbide TiCx, wherein 0.5<=x<=1.8 as conductive filler; and 70-30 mass % of carbon filler such as graphite powder, carbon black, oil or coal coke.
