The humidity control loop comprises air drying unit, humidity sensors, drainage means and condensate accumulation means. The temperature control loop includes electric fan, electric heater, air flow relay sensor, temperature sensors. The system has additional channel including humidity and temperature control loops, which are similar to above mentioned. Set points of main chain sensors correspond to predetermined air parameters. Set points of additional channel sensors correspond to threshold air parameters. Each channel is provided with air pipes communicated with room to be controlled through shutoff valves.
