The vehicle seat cover, having a part (2) that goes over the seat back, is fitted with the aid of temporary plastic film strips (10) that enable the cover to slide over the seat back and are then removed. The plastic strips are fastened to the inside of the seat back cover by press studs, a temporary adhesive or Velcro (RTM) strips (15', 15") and are removed after use by pulling on their ends (16', 16") with the hands.
