The system has a unified enterprise repository (4) including a central storage unit to store financial, calendar and technical data related to a product, during life cycle phases of the product, by attaching them to concerned articles to establish and manage maintenance in operating condition of the product. A transformation tool (6) integrated to bidirectional interface units creates or modifies the data in the repository.
