A traffic barrier (10, 12) is pivotally attached to a gate (14) by a hinge (24, 26). A cover (40, 42) is releasably connected to the barrier (10, 12) and the gate (14) covers the hinge (24, 26). When the cover (40, 42) is releasably connected to the barrier (10, 12) and the gate (14) it will cooperate with the barrier (10, 12) and gate (14) to resist relative movement between the barrier (10, 12) and gate (14) at the hinge location. |
