<p>This invention provides for the use of a compound comprising a lipid or phospholipid moiety bond to a physiologically acceptable monomer, dimer, oligomer, or polymer, and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a pharmaceutical product thereof, for the preparation of a composition for treating a subject suffering from asthma, allergic rhinitis, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. This invention also provides for the use of a compound comprising a lipid or phospholipid moiety bond to a physiologically acceptable monomer, dimer, oligomer, or polymer, and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a pharmaceutical product thereof, for the preparation of a composition for preventing asthma, allergic rhinitis, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in a subject.</p> |
