<p>The structure of a device for bonding a tire constituting a cord onto the core of a product tire having an outer surface profile corresponding to the inner surface profile is simplified and the bonding operation time is shortened. The code bonding device (1) comprises a frame (2), a motor (3), manipulators (4A, 4B), and a movable mechanism (5). The manipulators (4A, 4B) can be brought close to each other and separated from each other in the longitudinal direction of the frame (2) by means of the motor (3). At the distal ends of the manipulators (4A, 4B), finger chucks (10A, 10B) for holding a cord, and members (11A, 11B) for pressing the opposite ends of the cord (C) against a bead molding section are provided. The opposite ends of the cord (C) cut into a certain length are held by the finger chucks (10A, 10B) and then the cord (C) is bonded from the tread molding section of the core (21) in the direction of the bead molding section along the meridian while being tensioned in the longitudinal direction.</p> |
