A face feature collator capable of synthesizing an appropriate collation image used by a watchman for specifying a watching object person whom the watchman wants to watch. The face feature collator comprises a plurality of imaging means (1), an imaging control means (2) for controlling the imaging means (1), a display means (3) for displaying an image picked up by the imaging means (1), and a collating means (4) for detecting a person from the image thus picked up, judging the face region of the person, extracting a face image, extracting the face images from the images picked up by the plurality of imaging means (1), extracting the face features from the plurality of extracted face images and combining the plurality of face features, and then collating them with face features registered in a face image database (5).
