A plastic clip and post assembly

Methods and apparatus for holding wire to a metal or fibre reinforced post are disclosed. A plastic clip 17 with wire locating means 19 is held against the side of a metal or fibre reinforced plastic post. Either a ballistic nail or ballistic screw is fired through the plastic clip and into the post to locate the clip in position.
