The device has a flat structure (1) made of four U-shaped sections forming the sides of a square. Magnets (2) placed in a plane parallel to the plane of the structure are fixed on each end of the two opposite sections (1a, 1c). Borings (3) are arranged on the sections to receive a support unit. Adherent bands (4) are arranged in the same plane as the magnets and are fixed between the magnets.
