<p>It is intended to provide a serum which contains a large amount of a growth factor capable of efficiently promoting the growth of stem cells. Use is made of a human serum for cell culture which shows a remaining platelet content within 20 minutes after the blood collection of 20% or lower based on the total platelet content and the release rate of a cell growth factor of 20% or higher.</p>
