The invention relates to a power transmission belt drive comprising at least one tensioner, in particular for the power transmission belt of a starter generator and additional secondary power units of an internal combustion engine. The aim of the invention is to provide a power transmission belt drive with a simple construction, a small space requirement and no-slip across the entire operating range. To achieve this, the power transmission belt drive comprises only one tensioner (2) with a tensioning spring (7, 7') that preferably consists of steel and is designed to operate the generator drive. The tensioning force of said tensioner can be increased to an intensity required for the start operation by a selectable tensioning device (1). |
