A liquid-sealed vibration damping device capable of sufficiently reducing the occurrence of abnormal noise while securing low dynamic spring characteristics in inputting vibration with rather small amplitude and high damping characteristics in inputting vibration with rather large amplitude and a liquid-sealed vibration damping device unit. A first mounting fitting (1) is formed as a vehicle body frame side connection means connected to a vehicle body frame (BF) side, and a second mounting fitting (2) is formed as a vibration generating body side connection means connected to an engine EG (vibration generating body) side. A part of a vibration transmission passage from a partition means (7) to a vehicle body frame (BF) is formed of a vibration damping base (3). Thus, even if an elastic partition membrane (8) is collided with an upper holding member (9) or a lower holding member (10) at the partition means (7) and the upper or lower holding member (9) or (10) is vibrated, the transmission of the vibration to the vehicle body frame (BF) is securely suppressed by the vibration isolating effect of the vibration damping base (3) forming the part of the vibration transmission passage. As a result, the occurrence of the abnormal noise can be remarkably reduced.
