<p>The device has a mirror (M2) for temporal dispersion of an electromagnetic pulse (F) into sections and to attribute a propagation axis to each section, based on a position which is initially that of the section. Temporal compression units (K1, Fn, K2) intercept photons of the sections on their axis and guide the photons of same section to a target via an optical path, based on a position which is initially that of the section. The temporal compression units are constituted of input sensors (K1), output sensors (K2) and optical fibers (Fn). An independent claim is also included for a method for processing an electromagnetic pulse.</p> |
