A modular wheelchair assembly includes a frame including a seat post mounting bracket, a caster module mounting bracket, and a pair of main wheel suspension mounts. A pair of cantilevered axle beams extends from the suspension mounts to mount a main wheel axle tube having an adjustable camber mechanism for adjusting the camber of the main wheels. Main wheel axles are received by the adjustable camber mechanism to mount the main wheels. One of a selection of caster modules is releasably and adjustably mounted to the caster module mounting bracket. One of a selection of seat modules is releasably and adjustably mounted by the seat post mounting bracket. The seat post mounting bracket and caster module mounting bracket can be provided with quick-release mechanisms. The caster module is selected from a group including a basketball module, a tennis module and a hiking module. |
