TANK STRUCTURE

A tank structure capable of securely fixing a tank and a fluid coupling and valves integrally with each other, usable even in a corrosive atmosphere such as acid, capable of reducing the size of a chemical liquid feed circuit, having high maintainability, manufacturable at low cost, and having a valve-to-tank fixing structure. The tank structure comprises the fluid coupling (12) fixed to the tip side of the projected opening part (31) of the tank (11) and the valves (13) fixed to the fluid coupling (12). The tank structure is characterized by comprising a first annular part (21) having an annular part in which the projected opening part (31) of the tank (11) is inserted and disposed on the tank (11) at the root of the projected opening part (31) of the tank (11), a second annular part (22) rotatably threaded with the first annular part (21), and a spacer (23) inserted between the second annular part (22) and the fluid coupling (12).
