The movement guiding device comprises a track member (1) having rolling element rolling parts (1a), a moving member (2) having rolling element circulation passages including loaded rolling element rolling parts (2a) facing the rolling element rolling parts (1a) and movable relative to the track member (1), a plurality of rolling elements (3) arranged in the rolling element circulation passages, clearance seals (5) and (6) installed in the moving member (2) and sealing clearances between the track member (1) and the moving member (2) without coming into contact with the track member (1).
