<p>A waterproof connector capable of double-locking female terminals while maintaining excellent waterproof function without increasing the overall size of a connector and complicating the structure thereof. The female connector (C1) of the connector comprises a female housing (12) holding the female terminal (10) and a seal material holder (16). A female seal material (14) with through holes (14a) is held on the seal material holder (16), and the seal material holder (16) is completely fitted to the female housing (12) to fit the female seal material (14) to the front surface of the female housing (12). When the male terminals (20) of the male connector (C2) of the connector are fitted to the female terminals (10) in this state, the projected parts (25) of the connector (C1) are fitted to the inner peripheral surfaces of the through holes (14a) to waterproof the terminals. Also, double-lock pieces (16f) are formed on the seal material holder (16), and the double-lock pieces (16f) double-lock the female terminals (10) in the female housing (12) by complete fitting.</p>
