Disclosed are compounds of formula (I), wherein: R1 is H, alkyl, alkenyl or benzyl, E is -C(=O)-, -SO2- or -CH2-, R2 is halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxyl, trihalomethyl, cyano, phenyl, pyridyl, nitro, -NR6R7 or alkyl substituted with -OR8, R3 is halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxyl, trihalomethyl, cyano, phenyl, pyridyl, nitro, -NR6R7 or alkyl substituted with -OR8, R6 and R7 are independently H or alkyl, R8 is alkyl, phenyl or pyridyl, R4 is H, alkyl, or benzyl, R5 is alkyl, alkoxy, alkyl substituted with alkoxy, halogen, hydroxyl, trihalomethyl, nitro, -NR9R10, phenyl, phenoxy, oxo, acyl, cyano, or SOR11, W is a monocyclic or bicyclic carbon ring or hetero ring, G is alkylene, alkenylene or alkynylene having 0 to 2 hetero atoms, J is a monocyclic or bicyclic carbon ring or hetero ring. The compounds are used in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of diseases caused by activation of DP receptors.
