PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber that contains a heat ray absorption material having excellent weatherability, excellent heat ray absorption efficiency and excellent transparency, is low in cost and has heat retaining property and a textile product using the fiber. SOLUTION: Fine particles of Cs<SB>0.33</SB>WO<SB>3</SB>are mixed with toluene and a dispersant for dispersing fine particle to give dispersion and then toluene is removed to prepare dispersing powder of Cs<SB>0.33</SB>WO<SB>3</SB>. The dispersing powder is uniformly mixed with polyethylene terephthalate resin pellets and the mixture is extruded to give strands, which are pelletized to give a master batch containing fine particle of Cs<SB>0.33</SB>WO<SB>3</SB>. The mater batch is mixed with a master batch containing no inorganic fine particle, subjected to melt spinning and drawn to produce a polyester multifilament yarn. The polyester monofilament yarn is cut and polyester staple fibers are produced to give a spun yarn, which is used to give knit goods having heat retaining property. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
