PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finely crushing process of garbage and a disposal method enabling garbage to be discharged to a septic tank or a sewer pipe via a harm removal facility, thereby not requiring a long disposal time and not requiring maintenance cost. SOLUTION: Garbage is first crushed in a garbage crushing tank 2 by a rotating crushing member, then is returned to the crushing tank 2 via a force-feeding pipe, and is crushed again in the tank 2 (crushing process). The crushed garbage is sent to the part between two abrading rollers 6a, 6a vertically located in two stages on the right and left, and between fixed member 6b, 6b disposed at the outside of lower halves thereof and finely crushed in a garbage grinding tank 6 (finely crushing process). The finely crushed garbage is returned again to the grinding tank 6 via a dilution tank 7 for further grinding (dilution process). Water is added to the dilution tank 7 for further dilution (re-dilution process). Supernatant after the re-dilution is discharged from a discharge tank 11 (discharge process).
