PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case whereby an electronic device having the shield case and mounted on a circuit board is not soldered as it is inclined, even while it is carried in a soldering apparatus. SOLUTION: In the box type shield case 21 disposed vertically to the circuit board 27 and soldered fixedly to the board, a plurality of attaching legs 24a-24d are so provided that at least two attaching leg portions 24a, 24b of the plurality of attaching legs are those whose directions are made non-parallel with the directions of the other attaching leg portions 24c, 24d.
