PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file acquisition system provided with a more efficient cache mechanism, and so on. SOLUTION: The file acquisition system manages a cache divided into two sorts, i.e. first sort group IDs (constituted of only main group IDs) and second sort group IDs (constituted of main group IDs and subgroup IDs) and deletes a file matched with a condition (a condition in each URL or in each group ID) determined by deleting file determination processing 1 (S161) from the cache (S165).
