PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable charge services to a customer who periodically uses home delivery services by a slight burden on an operator. SOLUTION: Every time the home delivery services are received, a slip code of a home delivery services receiving slip is saved in a reception history memory. When a slip code of a past home delivery services receiving slip is input at home delivery services reception processing, whether or not it is a slip code saved in the reception history memory is determined. If it is data saved in the reception history memory, a home delivery service charge is discounted, and the calculated discounted home delivery service charge is displayed.
