PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch cover assembly with a wear compensation mechanism, allowing easy machining of the mechanism for actualizing accurate wear compensation. SOLUTION: The clutch cover assembly 1 comprises a clutch cover 2, a pressure plate 3, a diaphragm spring 4, and the wear compensation mechanism 8. The wear compensation mechanism 8 has a falclam ring 12 supporting the diaphragm spring 4 and an energizing mechanism 9 for moving the falclam ring 12 to the wear compensation side depending on the amount of wear of a friction member 53. The energizing mechanism 9 supports the falclam ring 12 over the circumferential direction and has a plurality of feed screw mechanisms 58 for moving the falclam ring 12 to the wear compensation side.
