PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fiber-treating agent for preventing the adhesion of pollens, etc., suspending in outer air to clothes, etc., of a person suffered from pollinosis in the case of going out the person from a building and provide an aerosol product produced by using the fiber-treating agent, particularly a fiber-treating agent for the prevention of the adhesion of particles suspending in air, quickly dryable after treating a textile product such as clothes, effectively preventing the adhesion of airborne particles such as pollens, smoke particles having disagreeable smell such tobacco smoke and house dust and enabling easy removal of the particles such as pollens deposited on the clothes, and an aerosol product produced by using the fiber-treating agent. SOLUTION: The fiber-treating agent for preventing the adhesion of particles suspending in air contains an organopolysiloxane, water and a lower alcohol.
