PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coat and a similar wear easily and quickly wearable by a simple action of the wearing person and utilizable as a rain coat, a cold weather clothing and various other uses. SOLUTION: The coat and similar wear of the invention are composed of a front body sheet 1 covering the front part and the side part of the body, and right and left back body parts 2a, 2b symmetrically formed to cover the upper side of the back continuing from the front body part 1. Cords 6a, 6b having a proper length are integrally attached to the right and left back body parts 2a, 2b. A collar 4 formed on the front body part 1 is extended above the cords to form an end, at least one cord 6b is passed through an insertion part 5 opened at the corresponding shoulder part of the back body part 2a and extended to the side of the front body part 1, the other cord 6a is passed through the shoulder part and extended to the side of the front body part 1, and the coat is wearable by operating the cords 6a, 6b.
