OXYTITANIUM PHTHALOCYANINE COMPOSITION, ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIZER AND IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxytitanium phthalocyanine composition suitable as an optical electric material, an electrophotographic sensitizer having high sensitivity and a low rest potential and an image formation device using the same. SOLUTION: The oxytitanium phthalocyanine composition shows the maximum diffraction peak at a Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) of 27.3°on a powder X-ray diffraction spectrum by CuKα-X-ray, and a ratio of chlorinated oxytitanium phthalocyanine in the composition is 0.015-0.070 mass spectrum strength relative to a non-substituted oxytitanium phthalocyanine.
