PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body pressure dispersing structure, which is a member used as a cushion body of a mattress, has good body pressure dispersibility, and easily setting the required hardness for each part of the human body. SOLUTION: This body pressure dispersing structure is formed of a three-dimensional net-like structure 1 where a plurality of expandable resin-made wires 2 are irregularly entangled and partially fused, and a slit 11 is provided extending from the surface 10 or the back toward the inside. According to the manufacturing method of the body pressure dispersing structure, the slit 11 is formed not to pierce the surface and the back of the three-dimensional net-like structure 1, or to pierce the surface and the back.
