PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf apparatus having inclinable shelf boards capable of easily changing inclination angles of shelf boards and securely retaining positions of the changed inclination angles. SOLUTION: An engaging part 8b is provided in a position with a specified distance from a fitting part of a rear face plate 8 for engaging with a front shelf bracket. The shelf board 7 retained horizontally is changed orientation in the front and rear direction so that a front recessed groove part 7a is engaged with a rear shelf bracket 10' and that the engaging part 8b formed on the rear face plate 8 is engaged with a front shelf receiver bracket 10.
