PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying apparatus for more efficiently performing drying while smoothing wrinkles in clothes. SOLUTION: The drying apparatus 1 for drying the clothes 5 in the finishing process of cleaning comprises an apparatus main body 3 with a drying chamber 2 internally formed therein; a hanging device 7 for hanging the clothes 5 from the ceiling of the drying chamber 2; a rocking device 8 for rocking the hanging device 7, an inducible fan 10 for blowing warm air into the drying chamber 2 from a blow-out port 41 arranged on the wall surface of the drying chamber 2; and a wind direction-changeable blade 12 for changing the wind direction of the warm air to be blown from the blow-out port 4b.
