The invention relates to a fruit press (1), comprising a rotating, upwardly-tapering, centrally-arranged, projecting element (2), for the pressing of a fruit. The element (2) is surrounded by a collector dish (6), into which a wall (9) of a fixed annular body (10) extends downwards. A means for compressing the fruit flesh is arranged on the wall (9), which, on rotating the fruit press (1), by means of a motor drive, forces the flesh of the fruit downwards in the direction of an arrow (P). Said means is preferably a blade (11) or a number of blades (11), fixed to the inner side of the wall (9). |
