<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed access operation to an arbitrary address for a disk recording medium mounting an information track formed at constant linear density. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk is provided with the spiral information track 3 formed with pit trains of information pits 2 at a constant linear velocity (CLV).
