<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable increase of mounting efficiency of components with self-alignment by a method wherein the components are made to effectively pass above a mounting substrate with good controllability, and the components are circulated with good controllability, irrespective of weight of the components by using a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting apparatus mounts in a fluid components in the respective recesses in a plurality of the substrates which have at least one recess in the respective upper surfaces. The apparatus includes a bowl 330 as a substrate holder which holds a plurality of the substrates 120 on an upper surface, and a supporting stand 390 having a vibration generator which impresses vibration to the bottom 331 of the bowl 330. The supporting stand 390 includes a vertical vibration generator 381 which impresses vibration of the vertical direction to the bottom 331 of the bowl 330, and a circular vibration generator 380 which generates circular vibration of the horizontal direction to the bottom 331. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
