摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot device or the like which can reduce a load to be imposed on a CPU or a memory as compared with the conventional manner and can recapture an object which has disappeared from a photographed image in the image. SOLUTION: This image recognizing part 20 recognizes the position of an object to be traced in an image picked up by a CCD camera part 10, and outputs a position signal showing the position of the object, and when the position signal is a signal (D<SB>1</SB>=1) showing that the object is positioned at the top end of the left direction, and then switched to a signal (D<SB>1</SB>=D<SB>2</SB>=0) showing that the object is not present at the position of the top end nor its adjacent position, a position memory unit 30L outputs a disappearance signal showing that the object has disappeared from the left direction, and an action generating part 40 generates an action to turn a CCD camera to the left direction on the basis of the disappearance signal.
