PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for actualizing more general-purpose analysis of base variation and a method for making an examination simple and high efficient and reducing an examination time, a labor and a cost. SOLUTION: The method for efficiently detecting a plurality of caner-specific genetic variations by one reaction comprises using a plurality of primers for detecting variations. A panel of a combination of assay target parts for each kind of cancer or for each kind of gene is prepared and a sample is simultaneously treated with a plurality of specific primers corresponding to their variations. Among the plurality of the primers, mutagenic hybridization of one or more primers with the sample is detected.
