发明名称 PROCESS FOR OBTAINING CLOD PREVENTING AGENT FOR FERTILIZERS AND ORGANOKAOLINE OBTAINED FROM THE POCEDURE THEREOF
摘要 Effective clod preventing agent for fertilizers is obtained by modification of kaolinite/ilite clay with amine of the second C-chain (C >12). Modification process is carried out in the reaction of cationic exchange of amines and nonorganic cation that exists on the surface of minerals. Reaction can be carried out in wet process when a certain amount of amine (1,5 - 15 meq/100) is added to in clay in suspension in water. Upon filtration, drying and disintegration, hydrophobic product being adhered in a thin layer for fertilizer granules is obtained, thus reducing adsorbtion of moisture and at the same time prevents fertilizer granules to clod. Identical product is obtained in tribochemical procedue, reaction of a clay and amine in a turbomixer. Tribochemical reaction of cationic exchange is carried out in a hydratised layer of water molecules and amine being added in solid form. Reaction is carried out due to presence of mechanical energy that activates hydratised layer onto herewith obtained granules of water molecules. This enables required conditions for carrying out the reaction amine/clay, and building up organoclay complex. Product obtained in the procedure herefrom has similar effects to prevent clodding of fertilizer as with the product obtained from wet process.
