<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical supply apparatus for making remote activation between a normal mode and a standby mode while permitting power saving in the standby mode. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical supply apparatus comprises a means of reception of a supply voltage from the supply module capable of providing supply voltage at a higher voltage level in the normal mode and at a lower voltage level in the standby mode, a means of activation of functionality of the apparatus, which are operational in the normal mode and disabled in the standby mode, a means of switching of the supply voltage from the standby mode to the normal mode and a means of communication to the supply module.
