<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display setting information to equipment in order to easily grasp the whole aspect of setting items and the setting status of each setting information. <P>SOLUTION: Items d1 of setting information are displayed as a list, and one item d1x is selected according to an operation input from the items displayed as a list, and in a status that the items d1 are displayed as a list, as for set values d2 of the setting information, only a set value d2 corresponding to the selected item d1x is displayed, and explanation information d3 of the selected item d1x is displayed in an idle region so that it is possible to easily grasp the whole aspect of the items and the setting status of even the set value d2 whose discriminating property from the others is low.
