PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable measurement by preventing output signals from being largely varied and saturated due to the influence of the temperature drift of a sensor and external noise. SOLUTION: Analog input signals 10 measured by adding and subtracting offset components 11 are converted to digital output signals 13 by an A/D converter 2, and in the case that the condition of updating the offset components is satisfied, the offset components are newly calculated on the basis of the output signals 13 outputted from the A/D converter 2, and the calculated offset components are updated.
