PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed digital data communication system (method) extending a limited area of 6 to 7 km at maximum for a transmission distance between a telephone station 10 and a terminal 54 in the ADSL system of prior arts, or greatly reducing a defect of reduction in a communication speed even when the transmission distance is extended in the area, or being applicable to the case where an optical fiber is used on the way of the telephone line 40. SOLUTION: The high speed digital data communication system adopting a system for superimposing a telephone signal and a data signal in the vicinity of a user is configured such that the telephone signal transmitted from the telephone station 10 through the telephone line 40 and the data signal transmitted from a data signal transmission/reception facility 20 via a wired transmission line 60 or transmitted via a wireless transmission path between a center antenna of the data signal transmission/reception facility and an antenna in the vicinity of the user are superimposed at a location in the vicinity of the user, and the telephone signal and the data signal superimposed with each other are provided to the user 50 through a telephone line lead-in wire.
