PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacles-type image display device in which wearing feeling is improved. SOLUTION: The spectacles-type image display device includes: spectacles frame (11, 12, 13, 14) with temple worn on the head of an observer; and image display means (2) fixed to any parts of the spectacles frame and used to display images onto the eyes of the observer according to an input signal from outside when the spectacles frame is worn on the head. The spectacles frame is provided with a balance function (2') that restricts variation in the gravity position of the spectacles frame caused by the weight of the image display means.
